    Orders from Breaking The Mold .com take usually no more then 5 to 7 business days.

     Since most candles are handmade and due to the large variety of scents we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

  • We will not except Returns , Exchanges , or Damaged Shipments unless they have been pre-approved by our shipping department. You must call 303-893-2260 within 5 business days of delivery. If approved you will receive a call tag to be able to return or exchange items with us. Please Save the original packaging. Please do not call our store with shipping questions. All shipping issues are handled by our shipping department @ 1-303-893-2260. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
